 Sam Yue, a graduate of UNC Charlotte and Virginia Tech, founded the company in 1991 with the start of his first project, Ericsson Stadium. Since that time, Sam and his staff have constructed a variety of projects ranging from simple massing studies to fully detailed presentation models. Clients have come from Charlotte and the surrounding area, the Southeastern United States, and even Asia and the Middle East.
